ADT-1 (Appointment of Auditor)
Whenever any corporate entity appoints an Auditor, such a corporate entity must acknowledge the registrar of Companies (ROC) about the appointment of the auditor in a specified manner as per section 139(1) of the companies’ act, 2013.
Form ADT-1 is utilized for this purpose. According to the rules, such notice regarding the appointment of an auditor shall be filed in form ADT-1 in MCA Portal within 15 days of such appointment of the auditor.
When to file ADT-1?

Newly incorporated companies : -
Form ADT-1 must be filed with the registrar of companies within 15 days from the date of appointment of the Auditor.

Others : -
Form ADT-1 should be filed by the company with the registrar of companies within 15 days of the date of the AGM in which the Auditor was appointed or reappointed as the case may be.

Company’s Board resolution copy

A written consent from the Auditor

A certificate from the Auditor that mentions that he/she is not disqualified to be appointed as an Auditor
INC-20A (Declaration of commencement of business)
As per section 10A of the companies Act, 2013 Every company incorporated after 2nd November 2018 having a share capital shall not commence its business or exercise any borrowing powers unless a declaration is filed by the directors within 180 days from the date of incorporation of the company in INC-20A

Information required to be furnished

All the subscribers to the MOA have paid the total value of share capital subscribed by them in the bank account of the company.

Documents required to be attached

Subscriber’s proof of payment of subscribed capital i.e. bank statement of the company showing all credit entries for the receipt of subscription money received from all subscribers to MOA.
